Restoration of two Listed Warehouses and realisation of new premises. Due to the great depth of the premises it was necessary to take away part of the middle warehouse, resulting in a creation of a courtyard alongside which new houses were opened up and obtained daylight. The courtyard in the centre gives the building complex its special characteristics. The former warehouse at number 11 has been demolished and replaced by a new building which, from an architectural point of view, resembles the adjacent buildings as much as possible.
On a dike in Durgerdam overlooking the Markermeer, we are developing two buildings into a boutique hotel.
Six buildings between three inner-city canals, Amstel, Nieuwe Prinsengracht and the Onbekendegracht, are being converted into a new hotel concept.
