Two 17th-century Listed Buildings in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Due to the limited size of the two houses, their restoration was very complex. The facade of number 33 is the only part that was not disassembled. All other parts have been rebuilt and five lease apartments have been realised.

Six buildings between three inner-city canals, Amstel, Nieuwe Prinsengracht and the Onbekendegracht, are being converted into a new hotel concept.
