As of 2017 the American hotel chain Hyatt will operate the hotel under the brand Hyatt Regency. Located on the ground floor are the reception, lobby, restaurant, bar & lounge, courtyard, conference facilities, gym & spa. On the five upper floors the hotel rooms and the Hyatt Regency Club are located. The hotel entrances on Sarphatistraat give access to the lobby and conference rooms. The restaurant has its own entrance on the east side of Spinozastraat. The south side of the hotel is also situated on Spinozastreet and overlooks the monumental trees and green space along the Singel Canal.
